Below are the rental fees for the space:

Base Rate For 2 Hours - $75 + HST ( if paying cash no tax )

Every Additional Hour - $20 + HST ( if paying cash no tax )

Sunday & Mon & Tues any time,  Wend & Thurs & Friday & Saturday after 4pm

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the date of booking. Full payment for the space is required no later than 14 days prior to the date of reservation. If FULL payment is NOT received 14 days prior to the event, the renter forfeits their requested date and their deposit.
